The training course focuses on the Manufacturing Excellence concepts. At the heart of this training there are the TPM Excellence criteria, which emphasise the proactive and preventative maintenance to maximise the operational efficiency of equipment. This training gives an understanding of the basics of the TPM and of the application of its methods and tools, such as Manufacturing Improvement Methodologies. The training course puts a special emphasis on the solutions to the production problems based on Loss & Cost analysis. The problems are looked into their roots and are prevented from reoccurring in the future. The participants of the training will have a clear vision of the Critical Success Factors for a successful implementation of the Manufacturing Excellence programmes and will be equipped with a draft action plan to prepare for the implementation.
