That is why our Leadership and Change Management training programme is aimed to give the participants an understanding of the principles behind the tools and techniques that enable to build a new “Continuous Improvement” culture in an organisation, as well as to help understand how to develop an organisation, providing the support to the Lean systems during and after its implementation.

Recommended Audience:

Facilitated by the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Management Consultant, this workshop is recommended for Senior Executives and Heads of Departments acting as Project or Programme Sponsors.

  • Business simulation exercises.

  • To link the Operational Excellence with the existing Business and Operational Strategy.
