​Leadership and Change Management

A successful organisation is an organisation in which every team member is committed to achieving and sustaining positive changes. That is why our Leadership and Change Management training programme is aimed to give the participants an understanding of the philosophy behind the tools and techniques that enable to build a new “Continuous Improvement” culture in an organisation, and to help understand how to develop the organisation, to support the Lean systems during and after its implementation.

Recommended Audience:

Facilitated by the Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Management Consultant, this workshop is recommended for Senior Executives and Heads of Departments who are acting as Project or Programme Sponsors.

Methodology:

  • Lectures, video presentation, group activities, discussions, questions and answers.
  • Business simulation exercises.

Learning Objectives:

  • To link the Operational Excellence with the existing Business and Operational Strategy.
  • To be able to recognise the impact of change on individuals. 
  • To understand the philosophy behind the tools and techniques that enable to build a new culture; to understand how to develop an organisation, support the Lean systems during and after implementation.
  • To identify communication requirements and initiate the development of a communication plan.
  • To maximise an output by linking human and technical skills and to familiarise with the  systems to implement and sustain the Lean thinking.
  • To recognise the link between the best practices and improvement targets.

Outline:

The Leadership module provides the client organisation with the following:

  • Systems to implement and sustain the Lean thinking.
  • Tools to analyse the implementation programme and to make corrective actions in the processes or human resources.
  • Maximised output by linking human and technical skills.
  • A project/homework/audit system that enables and encourages the acceleration of the implementation processes.
  • Case studies and examples from other companies undertaking the same journey.

The Change Management training programme will help to:

  • Create the guiding coalition.
  • Develop a vision and strategy.
  • Communicate the change vision.
  • Empower employees for broad-based action.
  • Generate short-term wins.
  • Consolidate gains and produce more change.
  • Anchor new approaches in the culture.

Duration:

6 Workshops, 2 days each

4 intermediate assignments and a summative  assessment (2-4 m)

Award of Certificate:

Stratega Consulting Ltd. is to issue the Certificates of Attendance to participants who will have attended at least 85% of the theoretical course and completed the practical assignments.
