​Kaizen Manager-Level 2

Leveraging on the Kaizen principles and the Total Productive Management (TPM) systems and tools, over the last decades companies have achieved and sustained Performance Excellence across their organisations, strengthening their manufacturing processes and supporting smoother Operations and successful Sales activities.

This workshop is specially designed to eliminate waste, improve efficiency and develop a culture of continuous improvement; it provides the required knowledge to achieve a thorough and sustainable implementation of a TPM programme in your organisation.

This Kaizen Manager Level 2 course is the continuation of the Kaizen Manager Level 1 course, aimed to give the deeper understanding of the subject.

Recommended Audience:

This workshop is recommended for Managers, Supervisors, Facilitators and Continuous Improvement Steering Committee members responsible for deploying Kaizen in their work places; Kaizen Manager Course – Level 1 is a requirement.


  • Lectures, video presentation, group activities, discussions, questions and answers.
  • Simulation exercises.

Learning Objectives:

  • To identify the value and waste in working processes.
  • To understand and be able to apply the 5S principles, visual management tools and standards to improve office organisation and efficiency.
  • To acquire knowledge on the supporting Lean tools for Kaizen activities.
  • To understand the role of the management in Kaizen implementation.
  • To define the critical success factors in developing and sustaining a Kaizen culture.


  • Understand how to lead people in improvement projects applying the most advanced tools and techniques to eradicate chronic problems and technological losses.
  • Acquire the needed deep knowledge on the Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Education & Training, Industrial Engineering, Business Processes and Operations Management areas.
  • Develop a project that leverages the whole knowledge and techniques learned.
  • Receive follow up and coaching during the development of the project.


4 Modules/9 days (including project review and exam – up to 8 delegates)

Award of Certificate:

Stratega Consulting Ltd. is to issue the Certificate of Completion to participants who will have scored at least 85% at the theoretical multiple-choice test and completed successfully the Project.
