​Introduction to Operational Excellence

This training focuses on the Operational Excellence concepts and on how to leverage on Lean, Total Productive Management (TPM) and Six Sigma. It gives an understanding of the basics systems, methods and tools of TPM, and it explains how to apply Lean Six Sigma to improve processes beyond the scope of manufacturing to include the whole supply chain and business processes in the drive to Operational Excellence. This training course puts a special emphasis on the Critical Success Factors for the Implementation of Operational Excellence programmes, on the importance of Strategic Planning and a robust Balanced ScoreCard, and on Leadership and Change Management. It also helps to understand the Problem-Solving concepts and tools, and make an action plan to prepare for the implementation of Operational Excellence programmes.
