  • To introduce the process thinking and its position in the ISO 9001.
  • To learn the tools for understanding the voice of the customer (Kano model, surveys, interviews).
  • To gather stakeholder-, regulatory-, legislative-, compliance- and standard-related requirements.
  • To acquire methods to design/define processes.
  • To learn key tools in process definition: SIPOC, flowchart.
  • To define measures of the process performance (CTQ trees and operational definition).
  • To understand the Supply Chains and the role of customers in Supply Chains.
  • To learn methods to standardise processes.
  • To learn the key tools in the process standardisation: e.g. SOPs, Visual Aids, 5S.
  • To understand process design/definition applied in the continuous and gradual change improvement activities.

  • Acquire an overview on the relevant concepts of the process design and optimisation.
  • Get the practical skills of process standardisation tools.
